Hello, Neighbor

We've freshened up the website a bit. It's a small thing, really — but we hope it makes it a little easier to find your way around, and a little easier to feel at home here.

We've been a neighborhood since 1972. That's a lot of summers at the pool. A lot of kids growing tall enough to reach the diving board, and then growing up and moving away, and then coming back with kids of their own. A lot of ordinary evenings on ninety-four acres beside Big Lake Park.

The things we like best about this place are quiet ones. The wave from across the street. Somebody rolling your trash can back up the driveway without mentioning it. Two lawn chairs that somehow turn into a whole evening with your neighbors. Nobody plans those moments. They just happen, when people are around each other long enough to care.

So this website isn't really about the website. Think of it as a porch light left on. Somewhere to see what's happening, and to remember that there are people just a few doors down who are glad you live here.

Because you make this neighborhood what it is, just by being part of it.
