Annual dues are $750 per household. Pay in full by January 31st for a discounted rate of $600. Quarterly ($175) and monthly ($55) payment plans are also available.
Visit the HOA office during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM) with a valid photo ID. Gate cards cost $25 each. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately so they can be deactivated.
Residents can reserve the Treehouse Clubhouse online through our rental page. The fee is $150 per reservation plus a refundable $200 security deposit. Non-residents may rent at a higher rate when sponsored by a resident.
Yes. Any exterior modifications (fencing, paint colors, roofing, landscaping, additions) require Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval before work begins. Submit an ACC request form to the office or via the member portal.
Business card ads are $50/month and full-page ads are $200/month. Contact the HOA office at [email protected] for current availability and rates.
Resale certificates are required when selling your home and can be requested through the HOA office. Processing takes 5–7 business days and costs $200. Rush processing (48 hours) is available for $350.
