Thank you to everyone who attended our 2026 Annual Homeowner Meeting on March 8th at the Treehouse Clubhouse. We had a great turnout with over 85 households represented.
Board Election Results
Three board positions were up for election this year. We're pleased to welcome our new and returning board members who will serve two-year terms through 2028.
2026 Budget Highlights
The 2026 operating budget was approved with 92% of votes in favor. Key investments include pool resurfacing ($45,000), Treehouse HVAC replacement ($12,000), and expanded landscaping maintenance.
