Country Place, Plano, TX
Country Place is a neighborhood of just over 300 families and is located on the Lake streets and Country Place Drive in Plano. There is an active Home Owners Association which oversees the Country Place private park, activities, and maintains the standards of the neighborhood.
The Country Place Newsletter informs homeowners of neighborhood news, activities, and publishes pictures of events. Activities range from the annual opening of the swimming pool, the July 4th parade followed by an evening BBQ and Talent Show, to the annual Crawfish Festival and Oktoberfest. Monthly activities and club meetings add to the active social life at Country Place.
The park includes the Treehouse which serves as a club house, two barbeque areas with patios, tennis courts, an adult pool and a wading pool for small children, a volleyball court with outdoor shower, and a horseshoes court. The Treehouse is available for rental to Country Place residents and their guests.
